We offer in-person consultations in the Houston area. My home office, a cozy and inviting space, is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from the Sienna Branch Library. If you are nearby or find this location suitable, I warmly invite you to schedule a visit. Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you the address. I look forward to welcoming you to a comfortable and supportive environment for our session.

With our simple online booking system, you can easily schedule an appointment. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance, and if there are available slots, you can also book up to 24 hours before the consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please make sure to do so at least 48 hours prior to the start of the consultation. After that time, the system will automatically close these options. We are dedicated to offering a flexible and convenient service experience. Thank you for your trust and support!

To provide you with peace of mind during your consultation, we’ve partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) to offer (expecting) parents up to six covered visits (sometimes more), meaning you may not need to pay or may only pay a partial amount. Currently, TLN accepts most major insurance providers, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, and VA CCN. Please click here to check your insurance coverage. If your insurance is not within TLN’s network, don’t worry—we will provide you with a Superbill after the consultation, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

1: Prior to your consultation, we will provide you with the necessary consent and intake forms. Completing these forms in advance is crucial as they provide us with essential background information, enabling us to offer the most effective support for you and your kid(s).

2: Please be on time. The consultation will begin at the scheduled appointment time, regardless of your actual arrival time.

3: We welcome and encourage the attendance of another primary caregiver, such as the father, nanny, or grandparents, in addition to the mother.

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide the highest quality of service to all our clients. To help us do so, we kindly request that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

—Cancellations: We ask that you provide notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

–Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $30 fee. 

–Cancellations made within 4 to 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $75 fee. 

–Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment will incur a $150 fee.

—Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. 

–Rescheduling within 24 to 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $30 fee. 

–Rescheduling within 4 to 24 hours will incur a $50 fee.

— Rescheduling within 4 hours of the appointment will incur a $100 fee.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that we can continue to provide timely and effective services to all clients.

Upon cancellation of your booking, we will promptly process your refund. Refunds requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will not incur any charges from us. However, please be aware that minor fees incurred by third-party payment providers are non-refundable. It may take more than a week for the refund to be credited to your account. We appreciate your understanding.
